Shinece Car

Founder & President 

Shinece has provided services to victims of sexual assault & their families for over 10 years. Prior to that she worked with mothers and children who were at risk. 

Shinece completed a Bachelors of Science in Clinical Psychology & a Master's degree in Marriage & Family Counseling. She is a certified Sexual Assault Advocate as well as a certified Domestic Violence Trai

Shane Carr
CFO

Shane has a strong background in Business Management. He comes with several years experience in finance, project development, investments, and grant writing. He has spent the last 10 years working in investments and education. In Shane's spare time he mentors youth in the community to share in his efforts  making a difference in our community. 

Lanza Hanse
VP of Marketing

Prior to joining the S.H.S. team Lanza worked as a 3D Graphics Engineer. He also specializes in marketing and advertisement. He comes with over 10 years experience in graphic design, animation, and film. In his spare time he works as a Paramedic in his more active role in helping the community. 

Dolson-Grey
We would like to welcome Dolson-Grey to S.H.S. Dolson is in training to offer Therapeutic support to our Survivor’s. We will be providing him with ongoing training over the next two years as he aids in providing supportive services to our survivor's who have undergone traumatic incidents.
