About Us
Foundation of S.H.S.
Survivor's Healing Sanctuary was founded in 2021 by Shinece Carr. After working with sexual assault survivor's for over 10 years, she realized that this specific population had far greater needs than what community resources were able to provide. Over the year of 2021 she work diligently to create S.H.S to place focus on the safety and stability of victims. Survivor's Healing Sanctuary is funded through donations and small community grants to help ensure the appropriate services are provided.
